"I'm Hiding Mom!"

So we had quite the adventure with Cooper today... We lost him at both Costco & Lowe's! Steve and the kids were sitting at a table at Costco while I was putting condiments on the hotdogs and filling up our drink. Not knowing it, Cooper decided to follow me. I found him clear down by the bathrooms playing on a pushcart full of boxes! Our next stop was Lowe's. Steve was looking at some grills while Cooper and I were watching one of the Santa decorations from the next isle over. I walked around the corner to see what Steve was looking at. Then not even 30 seconds later I walked back to get Cooper and he was gone! We wandered up and down the front of the store, back outside, looked through cracks and knocks, called his name and we couldn't find or hear him anywhere! So the service desk did a 'code Adam' to inform all of the employees to look for him. An employee found him sitting under the cinder blocks that the Christmas trees were standing on. (right by where I last saw him) When we talked to Cooper about us not knowing where he was, he said, "I was pooping mommy." Yes, Cooper likes to poop in his own space. :-) Such a classic answer! Then he decided to hide in a dryer the whole time I was purchasing a stove. That time I knew where he was though and his new answer was, "I'm hiding!"

Oh what a goofy boy he is! And he has no sense of fear of being on his own. What am I going to do!?! :-)
