Geo Caching
After we came home from Zion's Steve decided he wanted to do some geo caching around our neighborhood. The only problem was that we didn't have a GPS you can enter coordinates into. So, we went and bought one. But the idea was to use it that night then take it back to the store. Do you think that's what happened? Nope! We got so addicted, we kept it and we go all the time. It's fun! Thanks grandpa for introducing it to us.

No Solicitors!
So, this summer I've had several solicitors come to the door and it's starting to get annoying. For some reason Steve thinks it funny and he's not even the one that has to deal with them cause he's usually at work. There's been guys selling books, security systems, yard work, auto insurance, and even some Jehovah Witnesses. One of the guys was so rude and inconsiderate, he rang the doorbell at least 20 times until I came to the door. Egh! I'm really tempted to put a no solicitors sign on my door. Maybe then they'll get the clue!

Steph's Baby Shower
We went to my best friend Stephanie and Baby Brooke's baby shower a few weeks ago. I probably ate too many delicoius lemon cookies. :-) But it's always fun to get together and talk about our memories together and where our lives are headed now. Stephy has a very cute prego belly and I look forward to meeting little Brooke soon!

Cooper Said His First Word!
We were walking around Ikea a few weeks ago and Cooper dropped something and said this... I almost didn't believe it was him. Now he says it all the time. It's so cute!

Cousin Pictures
Just after the reunion, we took Emma, Cooper, and Colin to Target for cousin pictures. It was hard to get a good picture of all of them cooperating at the same time. I actually didn't like how any of the pictures turned out. And I honestly was not impressed with the photographer either. From now on, I'll be sure to schedule a time with Natalie, the first photographer that I really liked. So since the Target pictures didn't really turn out, we decided to have my brother-in-law Justin take some more pictures that night down in the Riverwoods. Which I'm gald we did because they turned out SO cute! (and some hilarious) :-) Enjoy...

Family & One Year Pics
We took Cooper to Target to get his 1-year-old pictures taken. The pictures turned out way cute and I was really impressed with the photographer and how well Cooper posed for us. He's such a flirt, smiler, and tease. We love our little boy! The prints and images were a little too pricy though so the pictures below are low quality. Enjoy...
