About a week ago I was feeling very frustrated about all sorts of things... I didn't have any Spring/Summer clothes that fit me, we found out Steve has to graduate a semester later than we planned, our new printer stopped working for no apparent reason and I couldn't fix it, and our stupid can opener broke and I'm too stupid to figure out how to use the fancy Pampered Chef one we have. Ugh! But, all is well now. My dad surprised me with a late Easter shopping spree, I've accepted the fact that I have to work full time a semester longer and it actually works out better so Steve can spread out his classes more and have a little more family time, and I've decided to buy a new can opener. I still haven't fixed the printer though, but I at least got it to work on our laptop.
Writing about this has made me realize the ups and downs of life are for our own benefit and learning. Everything happens for a reason and blessings are always poured our way if we humble ourselves and ask for them.(Even if it is over something as silly as clothes, school, and a can opener.) :-)
