So... I finally gave in and read the Hunger Games series. I finished all three books within three weeks and I'm proud to say I loved them! It's a story that pulls you in and keeps your attention. I even found myself dreaming about it. :-) After reading the first few chapters I was afraid it would be too gory and violent for me. But it wasn't. The author did a good job of getting to the point with little detail. :-) I had also heard from friends and family that they didn't like the ending so I was nervous that I wouldn't like it either. But I love how it ended I was just disappointed in the briefness and lack of 'mushiness' from the author. And maybe it was supposed to be written that way because that's just how Katniss' personality is. :-) If you haven't read these, read them! P.S. I love Peeta's character!
